Gift yourself with an hour and half - time to be with yourself and your body!

Simple physical exercises in a meditative mode, where breath and movement are aligned. By stretching your body and being present to it you go deeper in the felt sense. You relax more deeply, energize yourself, effect all the meridians and increase your immunity and chances for better health and overall wellbeing.

It could also be called going with the flow as stretching exercises are following the natural rhythm which more than anything has rejuvenating and relaxing effect on the body while at the same time helping you maintain muscle tonus.
